The Beginning
Cameron started going to races at around the age of 6! At Indycar races he has been fortunate to meet and spend time with top drivers, including the legend Mario Andretti. This was a major life event for Cameron and increased his
passion exponentially!
Karting
Cameron’s journey has not been plain sailing. In the UK in 2022 he suffered a badly broken leg in a kart accident. While that was a significant setback in progress, Cameron was even more driven to get behind the wheel again and take his progress further than before.
Just 8 months after his accident, Cameron gained a podium in his first race back, followed by a win just a few weeks later. At the same time he began testing the Formula Ford. A big key to Cameron’s successes and comeback is the personal training he has had with Howard Tons.
Formula Ford
The plan for 2022 is to test in Formula Ford and build the skills in the car. Later in 2023 to test in Formula Ford in the UK with the plan to compete in the Formula Ford Championship in 2024 and build on that in 2023.
